Limited to just 25 lucky couples. We therefore recommend booking your place as soon as possible.

This is a couples-only retreat for people above 25 years of age.

Booking is valid upon receipt of a confirmation sent by e-mail.

We offer to arrange a zoom meeting before confirmation to make sure this is the right and valuable event for you - unless we have met in person.

We highly recommend that you purchase a Travel Insurance to cover potential Trip Cancellation or Medical Expenses. Please note thats the payments are non-refundable also in case of cancellation.

Room rates are expressed per person based upon double occupancy (one female and one male) and are charged in EURO €. The shown rates are for 2024 and 2025. See terms and conditions below for furter information.

We are notifying you that the retreat program may change up until implementation and that activities may be substituted, based on our discretion without advanced notice.We will do our best to deliver a spectacular experience.

Please note unforeseeable obstacles created by Covid-19 are beyond our control.

We highly recommend that you purchase a Travel Insurance to cover potential Trip Cancellation or Medical Expenses. Please note that the payments are non-refundable also in case of cancellation.

We recommend Travel Insured: Worldwide trip protector plus travel insurance with a cancel for any reason waiver. This should be purchased at time of paying your deposit and is only available within 21 days of your deposit. We are recommending this plan because it can include a ‘cancel for any reason waiver’ that allows a 75% reimbursement if you cancel for ANY reason at all.

Rates:

Room Rates are charged in EURO €. Prices show are based upon payment by bank wire with a 5% cash discount. If payment is done by credit card there will be a 5% credit card fee.

Room rates are expressed per person based upon double occupancy (one female and one male).

The Room Rate includes bustransportation from Copenhagen (round trip), 4 nights accommodation at the Castle, breakfast, lunch and dinner, basic drinks such as water, coffee and tea plus 1 soft drink or beer for lunch and 3 gl. of soft drink, wine or beer for dinner.
It also includes access to all PlayShops and evening program.

The following items are available at an additional cost:

Alcohol and other beverages plus the bar service gratuities.

Room Service is not available at the Castle.

Note that the Castle, despite being nicely refurbished, is a building from 1688.

Payment Policy:

A deposit is necessary to confirm your reservation of a room on the Serendipity Couples Intimacy Retreat.

You can choose to make a full payment at time of booking or pay a deposit and the rest according to the payment scheme.

Depending upon the time of booking, the payment may be broken into staggered payments.

Failure to make payments or make final payment on the due date may subject your reservation to cancellation.

After booking you will receive an invoice with information about payment by bank wire. If you prefer to pay by Credit Card there will be a 5% Credit Card Fee.

Payment Plan:

There is a 25% non-refundable instalment payable at time of reservation.

There is a 25% non-refundable instalment 5 month prior to the Retreat. There is a 50% non-refundable instalment 3 month prior to the Retreat.

Cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellations may be made at any time for any reason. Cancellations must be made in writing. No verbal cancellations will be accepted.

Cancellation Fees:

Cancellation Fee is 25% of price when cancelled more than 6 month before the Retreat

Cancellation Fee is 50% of price when cancelled more than 3 month before the Retreat

Cancellation Fee is 100% of price when cancelled less than 3 month before the Retreat
